GSLDC Supports Learning Innovations and Emerging Technologies Conference 2026 in Hong Kong
28–29 November 2026 | Hong Kong SAR
The Global SDGs and Leadership Development Center (GSLDC) is pleased to announce its participation as a supporting organisation of the Learning Innovations and Emerging Technologies Conference 2026 (LIET2026): PD4AI | AI4PD, scheduled for 28–29 November 2026 at The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK), with a pre-conference workshop on 27 November.

The international conference brings together education leaders, policymakers, researchers, practitioners, and technology innovators to examine the evolving relationship between artificial intelligence (AI) and professional development in education.
Under the theme “PD4AI | AI4PD,” the conference explores two complementary dimensions: preparing the education workforce to use AI effectively and responsibly, and harnessing AI to improve professional learning through innovative, personalised, and accessible approaches.
Co-organised by The Education University of Hong Kong, the SEAMEO Secretariat, UNESCO Headquarters, UNESCO IITE, the GPE KIX EMAP Hub, and the UNESCO Chairs Programme, the conference provides a platform for international dialogue, research exchange, and collaboration on the future of education.
As a supporting organisation, GSLDC welcomes this initiative, which aligns with its broader commitment to advancing AI capacity development, digital transformation, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education).
