GSLDC Contributes to Workshop at AI for Good Global Summit 2026, Anchors Launch of the Global AI Talent Compact
Geneva, Switzerland — 7 July 2026 — The Global SDGs and Leadership Development Center (GSLDC) co-organized a workshop at the AI for Good Global Summit 2026, contributing its expertise in youth leadership development to a session exploring how education, industry, and international organizations can build a more inclusive ecosystem for AI-native talent.

Building the Ecosystem for AI-Native Talent
The workshop, themed “Building the Ecosystem for AI-Native Talent,” marked the launch of The Global AI Talent Compact, a new global initiative aimed at building stronger pathways for AI-native talent by connecting education, industry, and international organizations. GSLDC’s contribution to the session focused specifically on youth leadership development.

Dr. Tan Eng Han, Co-Director of GSLDC, delivered the opening keynote alongside Frédéric Werner, Head of Strategic Engagement for AI for Good at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) — setting the frame for a day of dialogue between youth leaders, educators, and multilateral institutions.
